We were contacted by a hi-tech services company based in Europe.  The Chief Executive was looking for a way to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration on projects across their organization.  He suspected that if they were able to do this they would uncover hidden pockets of expertise, skill and excellence among his workforce.

We helped the client to achieve this vision by implementing a simple performance management system that allowed the details of individuals’ goals and task assignment to be recorded and made searchable throughout the entire workforce. In this way employees and project managers could see what colleagues were trying to deliver and offer help and advice.  Individuals struggling to complete a task could search the system to see if anyone else had or was grappling with the same problem and then they could put their heads together.
