 An HR consultant from a globally based manufacturing organisation contacted us with a specific need: to identify and retain the top performing 10% of managers throughout their operations in Europe, North America and Asia.  They also needed to increase effectiveness and efficiency of their people worldwide.

The company was, with no performance management processes in place, at a loss as to where to begin.  We guided them through the maze to arrive at the best solution for them.
